A robust ecosystem connecting a B2B catalog with smart pricing, a service desk with auto-routing, an admin panel with roles, and AI discovery. All on a single architecture, in production.
An Ecosystem, Not a Website
For Intelco Group we did not design a page: we built a complete commercial-management and technology-services platform. A B2B store with industry pricing, a service desk with automatic ticket routing, an admin panel with granular permissions, and a public site ready for the new generation of AI search engines.
An identity that governs the interface
The project started at the base: logo and brandmark versions for every background and an integrated color palette that governs both the brand and the platform interface and system states.
Modern stack, security by design
PostgreSQL with Row Level Security (RLS) active on every table: each client only sees their own tickets and orders, while the catalog stays publicly readable. Continuous integration and delivery on a global CDN.

Interactive hero, solutions with hover, animated stats, partner marquee and a presence map with SVG pins.

Not responsive, an app
The mobile version is not a responsive re-fit: it is a native-app-style adaptation with flows built exclusively for touch screens.

Automated communications with a branded template (logo, typography and corporate colors) sent via Resend from the company’s own domain: registration and account approval, new orders, tickets, status changes and administrator invitations.

The platform is not only optimized for traditional Google: ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Apple Intelligence can find, understand and cite Intelco Group.
